She specializes as a process and systems consultant and has a broad spectrum of training, including in process-oriented psychology for personnel and organizational development, as a values consultant and in various typological development approaches. Iris von Tiedemann works primarily in intercultural contexts with management teams and people in key functions. Her passion lies in the areas of communication, media, culture and art. She loves to strengthen individual uniqueness and create intelligences in intersubjective relationship structures. She is a specialist in generative dialog and systemic process development as a basis for future solutions to complex challenges.

Eva Deininger is known for her cross-functional, process-oriented, and strategic thinking. As a manager, leader, founder, and coach, her mission is to make a positive contribution to society.
